I went to real estate school in 2002 to learn the ins and outs of closing and all the other little things that they teach you. I have a lot of rehab experiance from working with other investors several years ago, I have read several books, pulled files, researched properties, managed rehab properties and have alittle bit of property management experiance. I have done marketing from mail outs to bandits signs to car wraps and bill boards.

To network and work with honest real estate investors who actually care about everything just not there pocket book.

Someone to work for until I gain enough personal finacing to do it solo again or joint venture.
