I'm a native to the Northwest, and have over 30 years experience in the real estate industry, real estate law, escrow closings and tax deferred exchanges. For the past 11+ years, I've been the Northwest Division Manager for Asset Preservation, Inc., a subsidiary of Stewart Title Company, a leading national IRC Â§1031 â€œQualified Intermediaryâ€ that is efficiently handling exchanges in every state in the nation.

Have been a closing attorney for over 20,000 transactions, and am now with Asset Preservation, Inc. handling tax-deferred exchanges in the Northwest.
