Investor, Builder, Manager, Mentor, Self Employed which I believe makes me unemployable. Right now working with a national bank to help move their pre-foreclosures. Non performing mortgage notes. Living bi-coastal, California / Florida. Life is good.

Real Estate Experience

Developer of over 40 SFR, Flipped some, kept some for rentals. Owner of 87 properties at one time. Owned and managed a 40 unit mobile home park. I have been on both sides of a lease purchase. Own my own Real Estate Brokerage in Southern California.

Real Estate Goals

To own Two homes and ten rental properties free and clear. This market has tought me nothing is secure, and anything can be taken away unless it is paid for. To give each of my kids a house or help them achieve a life of freedom not a 9 to 5 mentality. And teach them, Real Estate can do that faster than any thing else, and take it all away, if you get greedy.

Currently Seeking

Investors wanting to buy pre-foreclosure or non performing mortgages. They will be dealing directly with the bank.
