I'm new to the real estate world. Just graduated college recently and don't want to be stuck in the rat race like so many people I see.
Real Estate Goals
I'm just starting out and haven't done any deals yet, but in 5 years I want to hold 15-20 rental properties in central Arkansas. I am looking to start smaller by doing about 5 wholesales to establish some capital and credibility among local investors.
