Switching over to real estate full time has been a game changer for me. The freedom and money I am making now is greater than at any time during my 15 years in the corporate world. More importantly, starting my own businesses and seeing them grow has given me great personal satisfaction.
I have a graduate degree in business (MBA) and have been involved in finance in one capacity or another for just under 20 years. I bought my first property for personal use in 1998. I sold that property in 2005 for triple the purchase price. I have only been involved in real estate full time since the beginning of 2010. Since then I have financed 50+ short sale flips in numerous states as a transactional funder. During this short time I have also bought and currently hold 94 units. This is a mixture of positive cash flowing SFR's and duplex rentals.
To generate over one million a year in passive income while being able to spend the vast majority of my time with family, friends and on attaining non work related personal goals.
