Prior careers in music, teaching and military are now fading as I enter the real estate investing field, hoping to use "transferable skills" to make a success of this business. Located in NYC but looking to invest worldwide I've begun my search for my next home in the South- Fla. or Ga most likely. Looking for partners who may want to join me in both wholesaleing as well as minor rehabs for rental and/or resell purposes. I've spent 25+ years remodeling and redesigning my NYC apartment and enjoy the creative aspect of doing complete or near complete makeovers.
