About two years ago I was introduced to Robert Kiyosaki's book Rich Dad Poor Dad. After reading this book I realized that I was going to create my own financial freedom through real estate investing. The more I learn, the more I love it! Finding other people who enjoy the world of real estate as I do is very important and exciting for me. I look forward to learning about various strategies that investors are having success with.
Thus far my experience is limited. My father, who is also my partner, and I have invested one on SFH which is currently rented and cashflowing. I have some experince in real estate exchanges involving notes, seller carry backs, and subject-to's.
My goals are to become as knowledgeable in real estate exchanges as possible. Build a large network of other investors, property owners, note buyers, and all other necessary team memebers.
Property owners who wish to move there equity into a larger investment. Investors who are interested in creative deal structures which involve little cash investing with high debt to value ratio.
