Since entering the RE field in '06, real estate investing has become a passion of mine. Supported by my best friend (hubby) and investing mentors, we look forward to a prosperous future to share with family and friends.
Experience
Got hit with the RE investing bug as a former agent. My first sale and check had me saying, "ok...not bad. But I know it can get much better!" Been reading and researching since and now jumping in with both feet! Just closed our first deal and beginning rehab with end buyer waiting to close in 5 weeks.
Real Estate Goals
Our goal is to wholesale properties and also partner-up on rehabs (my partner is a Licensed Plumber including many years experience as a contractor). First year out, we plan to do 10-12 deals min.
Currently Seeking
Always seeking mentors (you never stop learning!), and investors looking to fund deals
