I have a Master's in Construction Management, a Bachelor's in Business Management and a current FL Real Estate Agent's License. I've been in real estate and construction for 7 years.
I specialize in buying distressed properties and renovating them as an owner contractor. I have purchased a couple of houses in Hollywood, FL and prefer to only invest in this city.
My only problem is getting financing for my next project and hope to make the right connections here so that I can build my portfolio.
