I am an Interior Designer by trade, and I also do Home Staging. Although I'm new to real estate investing, I have worked with clients over the years doing rehab of their personal homes as well as investment property. I work for a while as an assistant to Lori Masters, owner of Master Realtors here in Dallas. I have always loved real estate and have helped several friends find the right neighborhood to live in.

My idea of rehab is to do it right, that is not always the cheapest but never the most expensive. When you put a house back on the market you want the potental owner to feel they are getting a lot more for their money than was actually spent on the update.

I eventually wish to get into owning property for rental income. I also will do wholesale as well. I'm open to learning about other options as well.

Experience

I have done rehab for clients for 28 years and worked as an assistant for Lori Masters at Master Realtors. I have a very close friend that started the fix and flip craze in the West Highland Park area of Dallas. He taught me a lot about what to do to rehab a property for resale. He usually made about 100k or more per flip. I have followed real estate trends for years and now I have the know how to do this for myself.

Real Estate Goals

My goals are to buy, fix and flip at least one property a month. I eventually would like to get in to fix and hold as rental property as well as apartment complexes. I also will wholesale properties if I have too many to redo at once. They say if you do what you love you do not work a day in your life. Real Estate is what I love so rehabbing a home is a joy to me. I love bringing broken homes back to their former glory.

Currently Seeking

I would like to connect with a group of private lenders with whom I can get a hold of on short notice and get some properties bought as soon as I find them. I have two properties that I am looking at now and could use a private lender on one and a partner on the other. If you are interested in either give me a call and we can go over the numbers.
