Our company buys houses and land in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. We specialize in buying foreclosures, short sales, estate liquidations, divorce liquidations, and any other situation in which someone needs fast cash or debt relief.
I focus mainly on my wholesale business. But I also have some properties that I have taken sub-2 and they are working great. Both stratigies are low risk ways to make a living without having a huge upfront investment.
At this time, my focus is to get my wholesale business generating 15-20 deals per month consistantly. Right now I am between 8-15. As for the next 5 years, my goal is to start aquiring properties and selling with some variation of seller financing (CFD of LO) to generate some rizidual cashflow. I believe this is a safer way to invest than rentals, although without the tax benifits. Perhaps the rentals will come later.
