I have purchased two homes through bank financing. I am just starting my RE business. I've been in the insurance & financial management business for the past 6 years and have also been involved in home-based business development and team building since 2000.

#1 - I am accumulating $100,000 cash in the bank by Wholsaling/Assigning good deals to other active investors.

#2 - I am creating $8,000++ net monthly cash flow by acquiring and holding good deals.
