I am a native New Yorker who has relocated to Bismarck ND. I am a lifelife learner/student with a nasty addiction to Real Estate. I am divorced and have 2 grown sons.

I have sold Real Estate in NY, got my Mortgage Brokers license and moved to Florida just as the RE bubble burst, LOL Invested in 6 properties...lost money on some and made a little. Fell down but got up!
