Experience

I have been a licensed real estate broker for some 25+ years and have been involved in land assenblage, low income housing tax credit properties,and most recent experience working in the hospitality market to find hotels that due to their location can be converted to a Vacation Membership Resort.

Real Estate Goals

My real estate goals is to own and operate Vacation Membership Resorts in selected States such as Arizona, Pennsylvania, Texas, those states that have a high traffic count of visitors both domestic and international. All this properties will qualify with this statement
"Why would anyone go there in the first place and would they go back for a subsequent visit?"

Currently Seeking

Investors and or an investment team to accomplish my goal of a profitable venture. I have completed a Business Plan, an Exectitive Summary and a Marketing Strategy for a 96 room full service hotel along with financial projections for a 5 year period. I want to create an environment of a good place to work, a great place to invest and a great place to visit.
