Real Estate Goals

I want to start by learning wholesaling and move into buy/hold when the right deal comes along. As my experience grows I will buy larger MF homes, then apartment buildings.

I am also interested in self storage units.

As I learn more, and get some deals under my belt I will learn more about myself and discover what facets of REI really interest me the most.
