I have been involved in residential real estate for twenty years. Twelve years as the chief financial officer of a homebuilder. I am now buying and rehabbing foreclosures in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market. We are possibly looking at other markets as opportunites arise. I am looking for the chance to buy more than one home at a time that would meet my criteria.
