Eriq - Just look at your profile above the comments. You'll see a section called Professional Trade References. You've got 4. The only way people can write you one is if you request it. You're absolutely welcome to make deals with people on the site, but the place to promote them is in the property directory or in the dealmaking section of the forums. I don 't think i have been asking for references,, but can I work with people on this site , and making deals with them as well ( Yes or no) I am not trying to brack the rules .

Eriq - It seems that you keep asking people for references who you haven't worked with. It makes very little sense. The purpose of the trade references is to have people who know or have worked with you comment. Someone who sees your references isn't likely to be encouraged, as 2 of the 4 references say they haven't worked with you and the other 2 say nothing either. Perhaps you should wait until you've successfully dealt with someone before requesting a reference? Good luck to you and I hope this clarifies things.
