I am Partner/ Chief Operating Officer of October Phoenix Realty Group, LLC. My role as COO is an especially valuable role in creating the proper flow and links between different tasks, operations, and departments dealing with the crossthrough functional issues that are correctly implemented in the system. Improving the quality of the executive team through coaching, involvement, and problem-solving and ensuing all of the items that are not related to finance or the line organizations is completed, including space planning, human resources, administrative, and infrastructure including IT, telephony, site maintenance and security. I assist with the responsibility for the delivery of results on a day-to-day, quarter-to-quarter basis.
