I am a computer tech. I work on computers all day long... and even when I get home. Guess in the long run, that makes me a geek at heart.

I am a grandma as well and love playing with my grand kids.

Experience

I was a Property Manager down in Florida for quite a few years then went into buying/selling. I quit just before the bubble busted and thank God I did. I was one of the few who didn't loose my assets!

I still own property down in Florida but no longer manage it. It is managed by a friend and I now live in Minnesota!

Real Estate Goals

Nothing now, I am enjoying a life without real estate and the hassles that go with it.

Currently Seeking

a home I can call my own. We have always moved into our flips to renovate and then move on. We just finished our town home and will be keeping that till real estate picks up a tad bit more. I am looking for the ultimate location to either build or renovate my retirement home.
