I worked as an Institutional Trader for 12 years, opened a successful bar and grill now work as a full time residential real estate investor.

Experience

I purchased or built a number of residence over the last 12 years and have retained them as rentals. I currently have 2 rehab projects active which will server as my portfolio for private money lenders.


Real Estate Goals

I plan to work 2 rehab projects a month in 2012 and build an office specializing in turnkey investment properties that offer at least 10% ROI and instant equity. I will move out of Wisconsin in 2013.


Currently Seeking

Private money lenders would allow me to work up to 4 deals a month. I am will to negotiate with each investor on a project specific basis.
