Experience

I was a commercial RE Broker managing 65 offices around the country in specialized barter, trade and cash deals before a divorce and business downturn sent me off to medical school. Now I'm retired and back into real estate full time with a wealth of creative knowledge, acting like a kid in a candy store in today's "bad" market (great deals!). I use land trusts exclusively for title holding and help others as a specialist in setting land trusts.

Acquisition of 20 to 30 properties a month while partnering with investors, working in multiple cities and emphasizing positive cash flow and minimal cash investment strategies.
