Experience

I have been a full time investor for 2 years now, adapting to this new cycle we are going through in the current market. I concentrate a lot of my attention right now on helping homeowners in foreclosure, and that has become 70% of our business. We help clients facing foreclosure, or who are over leveraged and need to sell for whatever reason by negotiating with their mortgage companies. We work with homeowners who are going through rough times and help them move on with their lives and start over.

We also work with a lot of Realtors and brokers, processing short sales for them so they can focus on selling the house and not dealing with the pain of trying to negotiate with a lien holder.

I have extensive knowledge in real estate marketing and I also run 3 other companies related to web development and IT Services.

I am constantly attending mastermind groups in my areas of expertise and paying for more education to keep up with the laws and standards of today's market.

Real Estate Goals

I want to increase our short sale approval rate this year and help more homeowners out of their distressed properties. I love hearing a homeowner or real estate agent tell me how great of a job I did and have them thank me for helping them out with their situation and making their life so much easier. That makes the struggles of short sales all worth it!

Currently Seeking

Right now my company is growing at an exponential rate and we are currently looking for individuals who:

- Are experienced investors and are looking for more great deals on property. We have great priced REO's, approved short sales and discounted properties in our inventory at all times in the following PA & NJ counties: Delaware County, Chester County, Philadelphia County, Montgomery County, Camden County, Gloucester County.

- Are investors that have cash, but are not sure how to get better returns on their money. We want to partner with you and show you how to get a 12-20% return on your investment!

- Realtors who want to make full and/or double commissions with their short sales and have them approved and closed. I can make your life a whole lot easier and even help you get multiple commissions on the same deal!!

I am also looking forward to helping new real estate investors get started with their businesses.
