I am a full time Real Estate Agent working in the Frederick, Washington and Montgomery Counties of Maryland. I currently own and operate several rental homes in the Hagestown area as well as Waynesboro, Pa. I became an agent after investing for a couple of years to assist others with acheiving their real estae goals. I have a true passion for the industry and work with many investors on a professional level.

Experience

I have purchased 8 rental homes since I began investing several years ago. I currenty still own and rent out 5 of the 8 I had purchased. I have successfully rehabbed 2 homes, one of which I still own and the other that I sold for a $100k+ profit. I am now a licensed Realtor with Long & Foster in Frederick, Md. and enjoy working with local investors to help them locate and resell their own investment properties. I have the first hand knowledge to add the winning combination to any investors team of contacts.

Real Estate Goals

I intend to grow my sales career at this time and to continue to hold onto my investments for the long term. I am considering buying more to hold but due to lack of time have focused more on my real estate career then my investing. I would like to see my portfolio grow within the next few years.
