I currently work in the IT field, but looking to invest in Real Estate for my retirement and my children's college. I'm just starting in this and I plan to start small. I don't own a home as of yet. I'm a gulf war veteran with bad credit and I guess this is why I'm not a home owner yet. It appears to me that VA home loan holds no water. Somebody tell me different.
I am a beginner at this. I just started "Howell Home Buyers LLC" at the beginning of May/2009.
I never bought a house before however I am excited about getting into real estate investing. I love the look of beautiful clean homes. I like to fix broken things and houses is one of them.
My short term goal is to flip 2 houses before years end. Three would be awesome because 1 out of the 3 would be a residential property. Long term goal would be owning 3 houses in 3 different States within 4 years and continuing flipping. My dream home would be in Lake Tahoe California.
I am currently seeking fixer uppers in Eastern Pennsylvannia, namely King of Prussia, Philadelphia (Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia), and Upper Darby, PA.

The Banks may not have money to lend on real estate, but they do have money to lend us, the business person, with new programs of Lines of Credits. Bank of America is one of them with several programs. Our economy is in terrible shape and many families are just being able to make ends meet. Now is the perfect time to advance yourself into a financial fortune. If you or someone you know has a credit score of 500, 600, or 700, then you are in a position now to obtain Lines of Credit from $25K - $45K within 5 days with no upfront fees required. I work with a company now who has programs to fit your needs for immediate cash. If this interest you, please give Robert Sanchez a call at 646-377-1103 and let him know that you were referred to him by Lorri Jackson-Brown. If you know if someone who this program will benefit as well, please forward this email. 01:09PM on June 15, 2009 · Lorri Brown |
