Greetings BP,

I am a 27 year old seriel entrepreneur and novice RE Investor.. I have owned an advertising company, marketing/webdesign company, a courier service, a mortgage company, and an outsourcing service in recent years. After tanking on my mortgage company when the market crashed, I decided that I needed a change in my approach to business. I went back to school (just graduated with a degree in Entrepreneurship). And decided to start investing in assets that could support my risk taking nature. I just recently purchased 4 family unit (owner occ) in the Atlanta area and am in the proccess of rennovating it. My goal on BP is to learn more while networking with other investors to form mutually beneficial relationships that can benefit all involved.
