I am a full time real estate investor. I focus on fix and flips while growing my holdings of rental properties.
Experience
I started flipping in January 2004 and went through the good times and then discovered what bad times were like. I continue fixing and flipping, doing many projects a year.
Real Estate Goals
I want to expand both the number of flips I am doing as well as the number of rental properties that I'm keeping for the long term.
Currently Seeking
I am looking for additional properties to flip in both the Kern and Los Angeles counties. I am also looking for additional rentals in Kern county.
