Began 5 years ago with 2 partners by investing in a long term hold in Indy. Now am investing alone, starting here in Columbus Ohio.

Real Estate Goals

Locally, starting with lease options and assignments/wholesaling. Would like to get some long term rentals as well. Looking to secure 3 deals within the next month. Goal is to approximate my salary (in my FT job) within the year.

Currently Seeking

looking to build a buyer list for my deals here in Columbus as well as in my hometown of Canton/Akron areas. Currently seeking out nice properties in the mid 100-200k range to L/O and/or assign. Also doing wholesale deals as well. Looking forward to networking with the investors on this site!
