In 1994 I started building custom single family homes in my company name Elite Builders Inc. I built one to two Spec houses and two to three custom homes a year. I stopped building spec homes since 911, when I took al hit on a spec house. That was the last spec home I built. From that point I only build custom presold homes. Today since the new construction market has dried up in my area; I joined forces with another local builder and formed Hagland Development llc. We have been rehabbing Apartment buildings, rehabbing single family homes, and any customer requests along the way. Lately we have been taking advantage of the market and buying foreclosures.

My goal is to build a healthy Portfolio of rental income properties, then move to apartment and commercial buildings.
