I am a real estate investor with 2 years experience. The rest of my experience was as a real estate salesperson for 10 years. Since the market has changed strategies have had to change so I decided to get into this end of the business, and move real estate in another way. I love my work.
Experience
10 years in real sales. before the market started to slow down, and 2 years as an investor.
Real Estate Goals
To continue wholesaling, and flipping but I would like to expand to deal in luxury properties, commercial properties,and tax deed sales. At this time I am mostly doing one-four family houses. I am learning about notes, and leins.
Currently Seeking
wholesale properties that can be bought at 50 to 60 cents on the dollar. Any good deal. I have a large network of buyers who are always looking for their next project.
