Real Estate Experience

I have been in real estate for 5 years, acting mainly as an agent specializing in investment opportunities. Over the last year I have seen a lot of great deals and have taken advantage of several. I have now made it my business to become a full time real estate investor.

Real Estate Goals

My goals are to acquire 50 apartment units between the 4Q09 and 4Q10. As well as flip 8 single family homes throughout the year 2010.

Currently Seeking

I am currently seeking investors, who will fund AtoB, BtoC flips. As well as investors who are interested in buy and hold opportunities with distressed 3-4 family units.
