I discovered real estate when I was 20, and in the Marine Corps. I could not get enough of it then, I cant get enough of it now. I have been involved in several deals, starting off in Baltimore, MD. Then in Houston, TX. I love what the journey has to offer. Every deal gets better, & I learn so much along the way. Currently I educate myself daily, and am seeking investors who want a dreat return on their investment backed by real estate, of course! Do you know of anybody who might be interested???

Experience

Starting at the age of 20, I have been involved in several deals, starting off I did a rehab in Baltimore. Then in Houston I dabbed a bit with Lease Purchases. Then I did a multifamily deal which has been great. I have looked into becoming a Professional Home Inspector. Even went to test, but later felt it wasn't for me when really all I wanted was the eyes of an inspector.
