I began investing full time 9 or 10 years ago. Prior to that, I owned rental properties, and been involved in property management. 20 years ago, I actually sold real estate, and had my own brokerage.

Real Estate Goals

I want to educate myself in all areas of real estate investing, and not be tied to one certain niche. I want to be able to learn different investing techniques so that I'm able to offer homeowners that need to sell solutions to their problems. The goal is to be able to structure a mutually beneficial solution for all parties.
