last four years, I have done extensive research on
private placements in general and gained much
information on how to do ULORs(uniform limited
offering registrations). Currently owned raw land
in Northern Nevada.

Real Estate Goals

In the next year, I seek to obtain cash-flow commercial properties primarily in California, Arizona
and Nevada.
