Beginner here to learn and start investing in real estate in 2009.

I have no real experience with investing but have a consuming desire to succeed by learning from other good people on BP. I am mostly interested in knowing about SFRs/Duplexes/Multifamily investing and property management.

I work full time in an industry not related to real estate but would like to blaze a path towards investing. Any advice, guidance and opportunity to network is most welcome. Thank you.
