I'm 20, starting college for architecture in a month. I currently work at a home improvement store. I'm interested in learning about every type of real estate investing and I'm here to get that knowledge from experienced investors.

Real Estate Goals
I would like to make my first investment a buy-and-hold multi-unit property in which I occupy one unit and rent the rest. Though seemingly unattainable in the current circumstances, I'm determined to find and calculate a smart first buy-and-hold investment as well as a way to finance it in 2011.
