Updated 5/30/11: Full time real estate investor concentrating on short sales and rehabs. Currently holding and renting 3 three families and a 2 family. Rehabbing a 4, 3, and 2 family to hold and rent. Just purchased a SFH to tear down to foundation and then either sell as improved lot with foundation or I will set new Modular on it and sell it as new house.

Real Estate Goals

10 Rehab or wholesale deals with a net of $200,000 in Net Profit. Increase my rental holdings from 16 to 25 including selling the building (3 units) that does not meet my hold business model. Expand into taking selected outside projects IE:working on projects I do not own. (higher end remodeling and new construction)
