In my own words...

I have a vast financial background including working for many years as a licensed real estate broker in NY. I increased the firms syndication business from zero when I first joined to over $19 million when I left. I also worked on Wall Street as a Series 7 stock broker for many years with great success. While on Wall Street I participated in many merger and acquisition deals, many of which involved real estate. Also, I ran several financial service companies including a national equipment leasing company called Leasco.

I could go on but you should by now get the idea about my background in finance. I run a small boutique financial services family owned company in Florida.

I hope to bring some of my expertise to bear in helping members here achieve their goals. I invite any member who feels that I could be of any help to contact me with their questions and I will do my best to respond.
