I have always been fascinated with the idea of flipping a property for profit. And now I am finally going to use my expertise in marketing that I have acquired through the music industry. I once owned an indie record label and inked a two year distribution deal with Universal Records. Since then I have focused on the production end. Now, with my 10 years of learning the ins and outs of marketing and creating hype over artists, I will now focus my efforts into transforming the "artist" into an actual piece of property.
