I spend my time between the Gulf Coast ( New Orleans and Mobile) and the San Francisco Bay Area. I am currently building up a portfolio of rental properties and am looking for wholesalers in Mobile Alabama and the Bay Area. I also need a good real estate lawyer to review contracts. Involved in rehabs, REO investing, loan modifications, credit repair, lease -options etc
