I'm a California Realtor that specializes in REO listings, and short sales. I also am still orginating mortgages which is rare to be good on both sides of the real estate market. I just started investing about 6 months ago, and currently have closed 2 deals as of Dec. 10, 2008.

I have been originating mortgage loans since 2000 in California. In 2007 I started selling residential real estate from asset managers to list their REO's
Real Estate Goals
I would like to retire from the rat race of a tradtional real estate office, and be able to provide enough income for my family through Real Estate Investing, and The Home Seller Assit program... My own business, so that I can wake up when I want to, instead of the alarm clock telling me what time to get up.
