Experience

Former mortgage broker and now Internet marketing with an RE affiliation. Also, fro 25 years was a skill tradesmen in the residential home industry and worked with and grew up in the real estate investment mindset in my family. My father had numerous properties around the country and again grew up with managerial hands on experience in management of these properties.

Real Estate Goals

To drive down into what really is working now by focusing on doable transactions that require the minimal time & money while providing a valuable service to all those involved in the transaction. Flip- wholesale or discount retail, 2 homes per month

Currently Seeking

Investors looking to share lead gen costs and apply creative techniques like the one mentioned in a current article I posted on Bigger Pockets- about the Inverse Option Flip. This market is hot right now and will bypass shortsale and foreclosure methods( although valuable and profitable) and go for a quicker and more scalable method of investing. I not interested in shortsales or foreclosures at the moment but will be open to discussing supply these leads to other investors as they come across my path.
