so far just buy and hold so I am landlord in very small way, I should have by now several multifamily, but tell now did not happen, then decided to search for retail shopping center and then came the downfall, and cash from bank became obstecal.

I am learning to make a living by doing wholesale. in mean while I want to exchange what I have as down payments for large multifamily 40-60 unities, but it would be even better if I could exchange them for couple small retail shopping centers..
