I am a Real Estate consultant and the scope of my services. I am real estate consultant with 3 companies. My primary duties with these organizations are to:
1.Locate both buyers and sellers for Residential and Commercial Real Estate Deals
2.Negotiate when necessary the final prices for different transactions
3.Connect buyers and sellers for the purpose of finalizing transactions
4.Conduct Research and review information as it relates to individual transactions
5.Establish contact with potential clients and or business partners.
There are real estate deals and projects that I have access to that would help to enhance a prospectâ€™s investment portfolio. These deals include but are not limited to;
Commercial: Holding Notes, Industrial Warehouses, Hotels, Medical and Skilled nursing facilities, Land, Strip Malls, Office Condo and Office Parks
Residential: Single Family Homes, Multi-family units, Trailer Parks, Luxury Homes, Land, and Apartment Buildings

Experience

I have been investing part-time since 2005. I have had the opportunity to learn from successful real estate investors hands on as well learn from courses. I have only scatched the surface of what I will eventually be doing. I am always open to learn and will be a beneficial asset to whoever decides to partner with me. I am only interested in win/win situations.

Real Estate Goals

I would like to have taken part in at least 10 aquisitions both in the residential and commercial fields. I would love to be able to help my family as well as my extended family financially. My goal is to complete 20 transactions so that I can have both the time and freedom to pursue my true passion which is helping young people.
