I'm the co-founder of the OC Short Sale Guys, providing foreclosure relief and short sales. I buy pre-foreclosures direct from home owners and help Realtors process their short sales.

I'm also interested in working with wholesalers and bird dogs who will bring me great investment deals. I'm specifically looking for pre-foreclosures/short sales, rehab/fixer-uppers and multi-family apartment buildings.

I am an investment coach and mentor to new investors as well and help provide education to those who want to learn. I am founder of the Orange County Investors Club and California Cashflow Club where we play CASHFLOW 101 board game.

I'm currently raising private money and providing returns to individuals who lend to me. I'm using this money for my rehabs and for some cashflow rentals.

When not investing I volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and am a charter member of Future Leaders of Our Community in Orange County.
