I love to do the investigating: Where are the properties? Are they a great value and what can we do with them? I want to work with some one who is serious about the commercial property aspect.
I was working with a company who just got too busy and deals would sit on the desk for a month before review. I believe that if you have found a great deal time is of the essence.
I would love to partner up with an experienced investor and get some deals done.
