In my own words...

I am a manager at a family-run real estate investment company. The company has been managing a dozen properties locally for quite some time, and is ready to spend some capital acquired over the years to take advantage of the market's current conditions. I'm still a newbie, but have been around the family business for a while. I joined biggerpockets to learn, learn, network, and learn!
