Have completed a few wholesale deals. I find more consistent work in small handyman services.
I am going to have to put myself out there more, do more networking and build a team so that any deal that comes my way I will be able to capitalize on somehow. Ultimately I want to actually do some fix and flip deals and move into commercial real estate also. I have other business ventures outside of real estate that I'm interested in but I know for now real estate is going to be the vehicle that allows me to move into those other avenues.
