hello i am an professional real estate consultant . i deal in real estate notes help poeple sell their un-wanted real estate notes to get the cash they need to pay bills off .i also deal in tax sales i buy tax liens and sell them back to the owner for a profit .do fixin flipp deals i am just starting out in the real estate world but have a great understanding of how it all works need investors to buy propertys that i find
i have had traing from reading diferent real estate books i follow reciepys for sucess .i have a three diferent ways i know how to do deals one is with notes and i am learning about lease option deals .learning how to lock up a property to pass on to an investor or to pass it on to a renter to own i am a student of russ dalbey i have spent a lot of months studying before taking on any deals the reason for that is i want to prepared for my success now after stduying under the gurrus i kjnow excatly what i am doing and i am ready to take on the world
to have at least 25 note deals a week be successfull .to have at least 100 rent to own deals going and making me money every month to own at least 500 tax liens in the next 5 years to be successfull at what i do and be indepentdantly wealthy and not have to work at a regular job
