Real Estate Experience

Glenn Plantone is an experienced real estate investor who has provided the community with his knowledge and expertise of the real estate industry. Glenn began his real estate investing career 9 years ago in Southern California in foreclosures and fixers. As the real estate market shifted into new construction housing, Glenn expanded on his personal investment portfolio while helping other investors in analyzing and purchasing new construction real estate in undervalued markets.

Glenn has been at the forefront of the national investment market in places like Las Vegas, Phoenix, Albuquerque, and North Carolina. Today, Glenn owns 20 properties nationwide and several investments internationally in Central America.

As the market changed Glenn too has gone with the flow of the market and is right in the thick of the Foreclosure / REO market in Las Vegas. Homes in the Las Vegas market can be picked up for about 50 cents on the dollar from their highs of just two years ago.

Over the last few years Glenn has been a frequent guest on several Real estate radio programs and has hosted his own radio show in Las Vegas and Phoenix. He also has spoken at several real estate clubs on the west coast over the last few years.
