I wear many hats! I have experience in many industries including automotives, contracting, technology and other services. I have a good background in home rehab and an excellent ability to manage. I have a short term goal of obtaining financial independance and offerring job opportunity by attaining properties to hold, rehab, rent or sell. More importantly I'm in it to have fun and learn as much as possible!

Real Estate Experience

Currently have intermediate experience in home repair and rehab. Have many abilities that help me judge, maintain and forecast. I am a highly skilled "professional" do-it-yourselfer but I also know how to gather a team to knock out a project.

Real Estate Goals

Goals to acquire property with potential for rental or resale. Will later decide which may be in the best interests for my long term goals.
